CLE Guide by State

In-Person Live Events and Live Webinars
ElderCounsel applies for accreditation for live events and live webinars 60 to 90 days prior to the event start and seeks credits in our highest populated states by member count.   The states that have been approved or are pending will be noted on the event registration page.  If your state is not listed, please refer to the table below to determine your course of action.  Generally, the attorney will then need to self apply to receive credit.  More detailed information is available in the table below.

Live webinars contain a verbal attendance verification code.  To obtain CLE credit, attendees must participate in the event and submit the attendance code in the post event evaluation.

A certificate of attendance will be sent for live events and webinars within one week of the event.

On-Demand/Pre-Recorded CLE
Each state has widely varying requirements for pre-recorded or on-demand CLE.  Please refer to the table below to determine if your state allows you to earn credits in this format and your requirements as an attorney.

Most on-demand programs that ElderCounsel offers contain a verbal attendance verification code.  To obtain CLE credit, attendees must fully watch the recording and submit the attendance code in the download CLE packet form section.
