    Aylin Guven
    Administrative Assistant, Member Recruitment
    Aylin joined ElderCounsel in March 2013.  She previously worked in the philanthropy sector in Washington, DC working with individuals, families and businesses to establish and achieve their charitable goals. She has years of experience in coordinating marketing and development efforts as well as project management.  She graduated in 2009 from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Concentration in American Studies.

    Aylin lives in Denver, Colorado where she is an avid hiker and runner and enjoys Denver's arts and music scene. She loves to travel, bake and craft.

    Melissa Johnson
    Project Coordinator/Executive Administrative Assistant
    Melissa joined ElderCounsel as the Project Coordinator/Executive Administrative Assistant in February 2013.  Prior to joining ElderCounsel, Melissa was a Project Coordinator for a software development company and most recently served as the Director of Operations/Executive Administrative Assistant for a financial services firm in Bend, Oregon.

    Melissa lives in Bend, Oregon with her two puppies, Hank and Joey. She graduated from Washington State University and is an avid college football fan.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, volunteer work, snowmobiling, camping and many other outdoor activities available in Central Oregon.

    Mark Kritz
    Team Lead, Member Recruitment
    Mark joined ElderCounsel in December 2012.  Prior to joining ElderCounsel Mark lead several successful organizations from the SaaS industry to the International advertising industry and his own marketing and print business. Mark graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Philosophy.  Mark's role with ElderCounsel is the maintenance, expansion and improvement of the recruiting processes and experience.

    Mark lives in Denver, Colorado with his family and during his spare time enjoys art, music and baseball.

    Nina Rosson
    Senior Programmer
    Nina joined ElderCounsel in January 2011 and serves as Senior Programmer. Nina comes to ElderCounsel from WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel's sister company. Nina graduated with a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology in Finland and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Kansas. She has over 25 years of programming experience in a variety of fields, including research and telecommunications. Nina started working with HotDocs over 10 years ago to help her husband, Jerry, a WealthCounsel member, customize and create documents for his Estate Planning practice. Nina lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and the younger of their two daughters. Their older daughter is currently a student at the University of Texas in Austin.

    Courtney Santoro
    Member Services Representative
    Courtney joined ElderCounsel in January 2012. She graduated in 2010 from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. She has years of experience in the customer service industry.

    While studying at the University of Oregon, Courtney completed a semester abroad in the Dominican Republic. She also lived in Spain for nine months in 2011, working as an English Language and Culture Assistant in a primary school in Cordoba. She loves to travel, read, and is active in a variety of sports. She lives in Portland, Oregon.

    Melanie Smith
    Member Services Representative
    Melanie joined ElderCounsel in November 2012. She comes to ElderCounsel with fourteen years in Telecommunications background.  Seven of the years were spent in Project Management, managing projects that ranged from months to years, from small applications to multi-year programs and from single-user departments to nation-wide and global rollouts.  She is organized, and takes pride in her customer service skills.  Melanie lives in Dover, FL with her husband and two boys.  She enjoys attending both Little League and High School football games to cheer on her boys.
