Effective January 1, 2011

• $2990 initiation fee
• Monthly dues of $350.

Monthly membership: $350 per month, payable on the first business day of each month following the month in which the initial fee is paid. Membership requires a minimum 12-month membership commitment. 

After you have satisfied the initial 12-month membership commitment, your continuing membership rate will be equal to the then-current regular membership rate. 

Member agrees to pay ElderCounsel as follows: 
Two (2) monthly payments of $1,495 followed by regular monthly membership payments beginning the third month. 
We will charge a Nonrefundable Initial Fee of $1,495 the month of your completed application. The following month a second Nonrefundable Initial Fee of $1,495  will be charged. If desired, the full amount may be charged in the first month. Beginning in the third month after the Effective Date we will charge a monthly membership payment of $350 (subject to any discount to which you may be entitled as provided below) for the duration of your initial 12-month Membership Term.

After completion of the Initial 12-month Membership Term, annual Membership will automatically renew at the then-current annual membership rate unless you provide 30 days prior written notice that you do not intend to renew your membership. You may choose to pay any renewing annual membership in full or in equal monthly installments. Membership is subject at all times to the “Membership Terms and Conditions”, attached to this Agreement and incorporated by reference.

Sales Tax Notice: If you reside in any of the following states, sales tax will be assessed on the full amount of the Initial Payments and on the first $25 of each Monthly Membership Payment: OR, NY, FL, WI. 

Member agrees to pay ElderCounsel as follows:

Member will pay the Initial Membership Term payment in 24 consecutive monthly payments as noted below. The first payment is due and payable with this completed Membership Agreement. We will automatically charge subsequent payments each month following the Effective Date.

After completion of the Initial 24-month Membership Term, annual Membership will automatically renew at the then-current monthly membership rate unless notice of your desire to terminate is provided as set out in the attached “Membership Terms and Conditions” attached to this Agreement and incorporated by reference. Membership is subject at all times to the “Terms and Conditions” of Membership, attached to this Agreement and incorporated by reference.

I am a current WealthCounsel member in good standing and thus eligible for a $50 monthly discount on my dues. Total monthly dues and amortized initiation fees for the first 24 months will be $435 per month.
